This time, in the first part of the show we will take a trip to Paris to compare two French views on neoclassical music.
In both cases the symphonic sound was inspired by gothic and doom/black metal, although guitars appeared only in one case.
First is the group which has been with us for over two decades, the second is a newcomer.
The first ones are the Dark Sanctuary, who have decided to remind themselves with the album containing their earlier recordings refreshed with elements in the formula best described by the title of the album - "Metal". We will also listen to their earlier compositions.
Newcomer remains a mystery for a while.
In the second hour of the show in the "Classics of Electronic Sensitivity" series the album which does not require any additional recommendation, the real Classic (by the capitol C) of the 80's - Ultravox and the album "Rage In Eden". In a month it will be 36 years old already.
I invite you to listening and comment under the starry summer sky.

New songs will be associated with older compositions from the repertoire of Johnny Indovina (which voice I love) and German dark folk band Neun Welten (their latest album, released after 8 years of silence simply amazed me).
It will be moody, mysteriously, beautifully.
In the second hour something for fans of the music once described as something between Talk Talk and A Flock Of Seagulls. In the holiday series "Classics of Electronic Sensitivity" the Australian Pseudo Echo will play songs from their debut cult album "Autumnal Park" published in 1984 plus a few tracks not from the main album. For variety, most of the tracks will be presented in live versions.
Everything will begin with trio - Bach, Laibach and Cantrapunctus.

Tonight Thursday July 13th, 2017 at 21.00 (CEST, UTC+02:00) the new Kontrapunkt Radio Show (summer music only edition) will be aired on Rock Serwis FM. It will be the 5th summer holiday edition of the show.

After a short break related to the Eden special the holiday edition of Kontrapunktu returns meaning meeting only with the music.
In the first hour we will listen to the tracks (not necessarily the title ones) from the early singles (1988-1992) of the Canadian electronic industrial legend Front Line Assembly.

In the second hour in
the summer series "Classics of Electronic Sensitivity" Gary Numan and his album
"The Pleasure Principle" but in the live version released for the Artist's fan club in 2010.
On December 3rd, 2009 at the Indigo Club (part of the famous O2
entertainment complex) in London Gary Numan during special show played the album
in full. He has mixed it up a bit but in Kontrapunkt we will listen to the songs in order from the
original album released in 1979.
From the same concert we will also listen to songs from Gary Numan's newer albums.

3 grudnia 2009 roku Gary Numan w Londynie, w klubie Indigo (części słynnego kompleksu rozrywkowego O2), odśpiewał i wraz z zespołem odegrał wspomniany album na żywo w całości. Co prawda Artysta pomieszał trochę kolejnością nagrań ale w programie posłuchamy utworów tak, jak ułożone zostały na albumie wydanym w 1979 roku.
Uzupełniająco z tego samego koncertu posłuchamy utworów z nowszych płyt Garego Numana.

Eden "The Edge Of Winter" album of the week on Rock Serwis FM
Eden "The Edge Of Winter" is "album of the week" on Polish independent non-commercial radio Rock Serwis FM.
Selected tracks will be broadcast from July 10th till July 14th with special commentaries of Sean Bowley from Eden twice a day at about 10.15 and replayed at 17.15 Polish time (UTC+02:00)

The publishing season on its full speed, the new albums are coming all the time, some titles need to be aired and commented.
All the more I was able to exchange a few words with an extremely Interesting Artist in your behalf. Effects will be broadcast soon on Rock Serwis FM. This artist is Sean Bowley, you will also hear him tonight.
In the first hour as it was once said - news. In search of fascinating music we go to China, industrial Sheffield and cool Norway (someone recently in the group of Rock Serwis FM has mentioned the group The 3rd & The Mortal?).
After 22.00 we will have a closer look at the musical history of the Australian band EDEN, whose latest album, "The Edge of Winter" will soon be the "album of the week" on our radio.
There will also be prizes for listeners funded by Sean, be watchful ...
And where did the program subtitle come from? The vast majority of presented music will be rooted in the past even few dozen years. It does not mean that the music will sound old. You have known some of the Artists for long years, they have recently released their latest albums which are great in my opinion. Among them Edward Ka-Spel (but this time without Amanda Palmer).

Czas przerwać letnie, wakacyjne lenistwo programowe i poprowadzić
program na żywo tym bardziej, że sezon wydawniczy w pełni, nowych płyt
co niemiara i o ile przypominanie starszych znanych wydawnictw bez
zapowiedzi jeszcze jakoś się broni to prezentowanie nowych płyt bez
choćby kilku słów komentarza już jakby słabiej. Tym bardziej, że udało
mi się zamienić w Waszym imieniu kilka słów z Niezwykle Interesującym
Artystą czego efekty już wkrótce w Rock Serwis FM. Artystą tym jest Sean Bowley, którego także usłyszycie dziś wieczorem.
W pierwszej godzinie jako się rzekło - nowości m.in. w poszukiwaniu
frapującej muzyki zawędrujemy do Chin, industrialnego Sheffield i
chłodnej Norwegii (ktoś niedawno w grupie Słuchaczy Rock Serwis FM
wspominał grupę The 3rd & The Mortal?).
Po 22. przyjrzymy się wspólnie muzycznej historii australijskiej formacji EDEN, której najnowsza płyta "The Edge Of Winter" już wkrótce będzie "albumem tygodnia" na antenie naszego radia.

A skąd podtytuł programu? Zdecydowana większość prezentowanej muzyki
tkwić będzie swoimi korzeniami w przeszłości sprzed ładnych
kilkudziesięciu lat co nie znaczy, że muzyka będzie trącić myszką.
Zaprezentują się Artyści doskonale wszystkim znani od lat, którzy
niedawno wydali swoje najnowsze świetne moim zdaniem płyty. Wśród nich
