82nd Kontrapunkt Radio Show (Fresh Goods #2) September 15th, 2016 Announcement

Tonight on Thursday September 15th, 2016 at 21.00 (CEST, UTC+02:00) the next Kontrapunkt Radio Show will be aired on Rock Serwis FM.

The subtitle suggests new music so such tracks will fill the whole program today. I'm still working on the details but one surprise I can reveal right now - The Mission "Another Fall From Grace", two weeks before its première officially on Kontrapunkt Radio Show for you.

Besides - two packets of musical gifts for listeners. You know that one will be with Mesh CDs, let the second set remain a mystery for a moment.

There will also be some electronic music, a little bit of experiment, Nick Cave of course and a flock of witches at the end of the show ...

Podtytuł sugeruje nowości a skoro tak to one właśnie wypełnią program. Cały czas jeszcze pracuję nad szczegółami ale jedną niespodziankę mogę już zdradzić - The Mission i "Another Fall From Grace"....

75th Kontrapunkt Radio Show (in holiday mode - Romanticism) July 28th, 2016 Announcement

As usual on Thursday July 28th, 2016 at 21.00 (CEST, UTC+02:00) the next edition of Kontrapunkt Radio Show will be aired on Rock Serwis FM.

Summer continues so as Kontrapunkt in holiday mode.

Hot days conducive to uncontrolled explosions of romance therefore, the second part of the program will be marked by new romantic electronic music from the 80s.

At first we will hear fragments of a very well known and very perverse record and some tracks form the second one far less known, which should appeal to fans of Ultravox from the time of John Foxx (but probably not only to them).

At the end of the show one of the most interesting contemporary representatives of synthpop will appear.
In the first hour of a lot of different kinds of music from a movie that Nick Cave and Warren Ellis contributed their compositions as well.
The whole starts with Recoil promised some time ago.

Lato trwa a przed Wami kolejna wakacyjna odsłona Kontrapunktu.
Okres kanikuły sprzyja niekontrolowanym wybuchom romantyczności, w związku z tym druga część programu upłynie pod znakiem romantycznej muzyki elektronicznej z lat 80. Posłuchamy fragmentów jednej bardzo znanej i bardzo perwersyjnej płyty oraz drugiej znanej zdecydowanie słabiej, która powinna spodobać się fanom Ultravox z czasów z Johnem Foxxem (ale zapewne nie tylko im). Na zakończenie zagra jeden z najciekawszych współczesnych przedstawicieli świata synthpopu.
W pierwszej godzinie sporo różnorodnej muzyki filmowej w tym tej autorstwa Nicka Cave'a i Warrena Ellisa.
Całość rozpocznie obiecany jakiś czas temu Recoil.

74th Kontrapunkt Radio Show (in holiday mode - Teardrop) July 21st, 2016 Announcement

On Thursday July 21st, 2016 at 21.00 (CEST, UTC+02:00) the next edition of Kontrapunkt Radio Show will be aired on Rock Serwis FM.

In the fourth holiday mode Kontrapunkt Radio Show we will recall two artists, who died last week (Alan Vega, Steven Young (Colourbox)). As the preparation for the release of the upcoming album by Nick Cave we will be listening to the selected tracks from his so far last motion picture soundtrack. Also this year's release of one of his long-term collaborators from The Bad Seeds will be presented.
In addition, there will be some references to the latest and rainy Tuesday's "Retro Wave" DJ Set but... there will not be Massive Attack as the subtitle of the show might suggest.

 W czwartym wakacyjnym spotkaniu w Kontrapunkcie przypomnimy sobie dwóch Artystów, którzy odeszli w ubiegłym tygodniu (Alan Vega, Steven Young (Colourbox)) a ramach przygotowań do premiery najnowszej płyty Nicka Cave'a posłuchamy fragmentów ostatniej jak na razie filmowej ścieżki dźwiękowej jego autorstwa oraz pojawi się tegoroczne wydawnictwo jednego z jego wieloletnich współpracowników z The Bad Seeds.
Ponadto nawiążę do deszczowego wtorkowego setu DJskiego ale... nie będzie Massive Attack jak sugerowałby podtytuł audycji.
