87th Kontrapunkt Radio Show (Visitors) October 20th, 2016 Announcement

Tonight Thursday October 20th, 2016 at 21.00 (CEST, UTC+02:00) the 87th Kontrapunkt Radio Show will be aired on Rock Serwis FM.

This time Kontrapunkt Radio show had to be pre-recorded,  because the bigger part of our radio team will be this evening at the concert of The Cure in Łódz. But I will be with you, watching over the course of the discussions during the program. 

In the show I will mention about the previous and upcoming concerts which will soon take place in our country.

Once again, I will welcome you to visit Kalisz and Ambient Festival and thanks to its Artistic Director Przemek Rychlik I will have for you two more free invitations.

Also additional invitations to The Mission concert in Progresja Club, Warsaw will be given away.

In the second hour, I'll air the music of artists who will come to Kalisz from Czechia and Italy.

Tonight Thursday October 6th, 2016 at 21.00 (CEST, UTC+02:00) the 85th Kontrapunkt Radio Show will be aired on Rock Serwis FM.

This Kontrapunkt will be under the sign of new tracks, giveaways for Listeners and the announcements of selected festivals and concerts in Poland.

In most cases today I will air play Polish bands and Artists.

The subtitle of the show refers this time to very important presentation for me of the brand new album and the night theme will dominate the first part of our meeting. Also just for the moment wings of bats will flutter.

In the first hour some news and 3 giveaway sections. Do you remember the album from Skinny "The Skin I'm In" presented some time ago in my program? One genuine copy has been already waiting. Apart from this brand new physical single of Polish Controlled Collapse from Łódź, the single which precedes the new album. And one of you will be at the concert of New Model Army as a representative of the Kontrapunkt radio show.

In the second part of the show - 5th Kalisz Ambient Festival. I will play for you some of the Polish Artists who will play this year on KAF. Two of you will receive invitations for this event.

84th Kontrapunkt Radio Show (Doctor's Order) September 29th, 2016 Announcement

Tonight on Thursday September 29th, 2016 at 21.00 (CEST, UTC+02:00) the 84th Kontrapunkt Radio Show will be aired on Rock Serwis FM.

The doctor's order - stay at home for a few days more.
Therefore the plans for tonight have changed and the show must be with the music only.

The first hour will by with The Mission (from the newest album "Another Fall From Grace") and Ashton Nyte with his bandmates from The Awakening, the band originates from Africa. The Awakening will be the official support on the European dates of The Mission’s 30th Anniversary Tour this October.

In the second hour waiting impatiently for a new album (which should be finished in less than a year) we will recall a project entering the third decade of its existence, psychedelic-experimental band spanning virtually the Netherlands, London and Los Angeles.
We will also celebrate the recent 30th anniversary of one of the most important records in the history of industrial (5 September 1986), which was the inspiration for many of those who came along later with Trent Reznor among them. 

All begin with the fragments of latest concert published by Diary Of Dreams.

Zalecenie lekarskie - zostać w domu jeszcze kilka dni.
W związku z tym plany uległy zmianie a dziś w programie tylko muzyka.

Pierwszą godzinę wypełnią The Mission (z najnowszego albumu "Another Fall From Grace") oraz przyjeżdżający do Polski by supportować mistrzów Ashton Nyte i jego koledzy z The Awakening, zespołu o afrykańskich korzeniach obecnie rezydującego w Stanach Zjednoczonych.

W drugiej w niecierpliwym oczekiwaniu na nową płytę (która już za niecały rok) przypomnimy sobie wkraczający w trzecią dekadę swojego istnienia psychodeliczno-eksperymentalny projekt wirtualnie rozpięty pomiędzy Holandią, Londynem a Los Angeles.
Muzycznie uczcimy także przypadającą niedawno 30 rocznicę ukazania się jednej z najważniejszych płyt industrialnych w historii (5 września 1986), stanowiącej inspirację dla wielu z tych, którzy nadeszli później z Trentem Reznorem na czele.

Wszystko rozpoczną fragmenty najnowszego koncertowego wydawnictwa Diary Of Dreams.

By ułatwić Wam odbiór audycji pozbawionej zapowiedzi w czasie jej trwania będę umieszczał na stronie Słuchaczy Rock Serwis FM oraz tutaj w zakładce playlists tytuły i wykonawców kolejnych nagrań.

Natomiast od przyszłego tygodnia.m.in. więcej o nadchodzących festiwalach i koncertach w naszym kraju.

The subtitle suggests new music so such tracks will fill the whole program today. I'm still working on the details but one surprise I can reveal right now - The Mission "Another Fall From Grace", two weeks before its première officially on Kontrapunkt Radio Show for you.

Besides - two packets of musical gifts for listeners. You know that one will be with Mesh CDs, let the second set remain a mystery for a moment.

There will also be some electronic music, a little bit of experiment, Nick Cave of course and a flock of witches at the end of the show ...
