To spare your time I'll be hunting down the most interesting ones from my point of view and put them here for you.

Kontrapunkt Radio Show May 28, 2015 Announcement

In the 15th edition of Kontrapunkt not only new releases will be presented but also artists and bands known from previous shows. 
The beginning will be under synthpop flag - Polish band NUN Electro with brand new limited single "Thunder"( free giveaways for listeners prepared), Midge Ure still before his Polish concerts in Warsaw and Krakow and few more synth acts.
Then the show shifts into post punk, krautrock and experimental.
In "Lost in time" series I'm going to play 2 tracks from never released EP "Lost" by great band The Final Scream.
A month prior to it's street date after almost 26 years since the last one brand new John Robb's album will be presented (this release is fantastic, believe me!).

Next week special edition of the show due to holiday of Corpus Christi in Poland. Stay tuned!

Kontrapunkt Radio Show May 21, 2015 Announcement

Sometimes the rhythm of the show is set by past events and this is going to happen this time.

Last Monday we were celebrating 35th anniversary of sudden Ian Curtis death so the proper music must appear (although only 2 Joy Division tracks will be played). Also Peter Hook & The Light will be presented.

In news brand new Turkish gothic rock band She Past Away, also Touching The Void and their album prior to its street date and  new EBM, IDM and dark ambient music.

In giveaway section - Polish band God's Own Medicine with their very good last year album "Drachma".

White Door "Windows" in Rock Serwis FM

On Tuesday May 19, 2015 at 20.00 in our series "Saving from oblivion" White Door "Windows" 1983 album will be presented and discussed by my radio colleges Marek Anioł and Bogdan Dziewonski. If you love 80's new romantic stay tuned!

About the band:
Formed by members of Stoke prog-rock group Grace.
"Maybe it was the advent of punk maybe it was the bickering amongst the band members, maybe the band was frightened of success. Whatever the reasons, Grace split up in 1981, much to the shock of their hundreds of staunch followers.Individuals carried out a few splinter projects, but the only serious new contender was the formation of the synthesiser band White Door. The line up featured the vocalist Mac and Flautist Harry from the defunct Grace, together with brother John on keyboards. As White Door, they released an album "Windows" and several singles (including "Windows", "Jerusalem", and "Flame in my Heart"). Although the music represented an almost complete change of direction, the quality of song writing still showed through, and the established music press almost admitted to liking them."
White Door created sensitive, well-written, electronic music. Their last single "Flame in My Heart" should have been a huge hit. The first song from their never recorded second album. Synthesisiers were still in use, but guitars made a greater appearance. A wonderful despairing love song. The instrumental riff was borrowed from Frankie goes to Hollywood's "Two Tribes". Frankie were recording in the same studios. White Door's producer, Andy Richards, ended up working with Frankie's producer Trevor Horn.) was more guitar-driven and took its instrumental riff from Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "Two Tribes / One February Friday" who were recording at the time. White Door's producer, Andy Richards, went on to work with many top acts, including Frankie Goes to Hollywood. Sue Quin provided backing vocals. Their album and 3 of their singles contained original artwork by Paul Warrillow.

Anneli Drecker "Rocks And Straws" release of the week in Rock Serwis FM

Next week meaning May 18 till May 22, 2015 the newest release "Rocks And Straws" by Norwegian artist Anneli Drecker (voice of Bel Canto, co-operations with Röyksopp and A-ha amongst others) will be "release of the week" in my parental radio station Rock Serwis FM. This means that fragments of this album with my short introductions will be presented twice each day in our prime time - at 10.15 and at 17.15 (replay). Stay tuned!

Kontrapunkt Radio Show May 14, 2015 Announcement

I'm inviting you to the 13th edition of Kontrapunkt Radio Show. Hopefully it will not be a bad sign.
This Thursday dark ambient, experimental or noise will not be presented but hey, don't worry - these genres will surely be back soon. 
This time only codes for Cold Therapy (fine Polish dark electro act) newest album will be given away so listeners who had no chance to get them last week will have a second chance.
First hour will be filled by sounds created by synths so new romantic or synth pop fans should be satisfied.
Dave Gahan will begin then we meet Midge Ure again and then duet sounding like new Ultravox will appear.
Also first edition of "Lost In Time" - part of the show dedicated to often forgotten bands from the past will be presented.  
Next hour will be for new releases including the best gothic album of the year (in my opinion of course). We still have few months to go but as it's the best gothic release in many years so it will be hard to bit, also new Engelsstaub will be played.

Dear friends and fans.This is Frank Weyzig of BORN FOR BLISS.
I am proud and excited to announce the upcoming release of our new album ‘Falling Back To Never’. At the moment I am finishing the final mixes and preparing the stems to be sent out for final mastering.
I could try to describe the music on this album to you, but with so many things already being said about today’s music, it would be difficult not to talk in clichés. Yes, some of you may remember that me and drummer Willem van Antwerpen were former ‘Clan Of Xymox’ members. During the early and exiting 4AD years of this electronic-wave legend (mid to late 80’s), myself and Willem have been involved in this band. From this period result the first two ‘Xymox’ albums, ‘Clan of Xymox’ and ‘Medusa’, which are still classic highlights. So undoubtedly you will hear some early ‘Xymox’ influence on this new album as well.
The third B4B member is Remco Helbers. Remco found his way to Born For Bliss via ‘The Dreamside’, and ‘Love Like Blood’ on stage. With his distinguished style of playing bass, the ‘Chapman Stick’, and his unique way of working with loops and soundscapes, he adds a special dimension to the Born For Bliss sound.
It has been quite a while since we recorded our last full B4B album. To make the release of our new album a reality I am asking you to be fully engaged and involved in the process to make it a success. I am well aware of my tendency to take independent action with the belief that I’m doing the right thing, at the same time realizing that I need your support in funding what as always is a costly venture.
Making an album requires inspiration, massive dedication and yes…. money. We can provide the first two things. By pre-ordering CD or download, you will make sure we have the funds to manufacture, promote, design the new album and perhaps take it on tour to a place near you.
I could not leave you without giving you my view on the music scene. We all know that the music business is going through a massive change right now. Imagine this; while I was playing with ‘Xymox’ in the mid-eighties, our first album was released on vinyl only. There were not even CD’s back then! The speed at which everything is changing is incredible! Nowadays, all existing music, almost everything that has ever been recorded is downloadable, legal or illegal….
So, is there still hope for alternative music and their creators? Of course, as long as you, the fans, are willing to support your favorite artists. And as long as we, your favorite artists, are willing to provide you with pure and honest music…
The album is set to be released early June 2015. We are planning to release the first single and video early May 2015.

Kontrapunkt Radio Show May 07, 2015 Announcement

This time first hour of the show will be marked by upcoming mainly gothic rock and dark folk bands gigs in Poland.

You will be invited to The Beauty Of Gemina and Spiral69 concert, you may also expect some extra gifts from them in my show. Also the invitations for Jerome Reuter and his Rome show in Warsaw will be given away.

The music of some artists/bands who plan to play in our country will be presented as well.

For dark electro fans will be surprise from Poland with its new album released this week.
